Phil Walsh is dead. He was an Australian footballer and coach. Teams he had played Collingwood, Richmond and the Brisbane Bears in the Victorian Football League (VFL). Later he started a career in coaching at Geelong, West Coast and Port Adelaide, and finally the Adelaide Football Club (2015 AFL season).
On 3 July 2015, Walsh was found dead; stabbed by his 26-years-old son Cy.
